Cherry Yours Ltd. is a company that provides information and specializes in selling tourism services and products.

Cherry Yours Ltd. acts as an intermediary between the traveler and various service providers, such as flight providers, hotels, transportation, special packages, and so on. Cherry Yours arranges services for you from the various tourism service providers according to the details specified in your order. The company undertakes to carry out the order skillfully, to provide the service providers with relevant information for the transaction, and to ensure the order matches the request. However, it shall not be responsible for unforeseen disruptions and/or malfunctions beyond its control that may occur with the service providers, unless it knew, or should have known in advance, about such a significant malfunction and/or disruption.

Images of rooms and hotels are for illustrative purposes only, and there may be differences between the appearance in the photos and the actual products. Cherry Yours does not display images of all room types in hotels.

An order placed on the website for one or more of the tourism services offered by Cherry Yours Ltd. constitutes an agreement by the customer to all the terms and conditions specified in this section and relating to the various products. It is hereby agreed that any claim/complaint by the traveler against Cherry Yours Ltd. must be submitted in writing/by phone to the company no later than 30 days after the traveler’s return to the country.

It is hereby clarified and agreed between the parties that this agreement is a conditional agreement that will bind the parties only after the order is confirmed in the company’s offices and after receiving transaction approval from the credit card companies in the name of the booker.

Important Information:

Every Israeli citizen wishing to travel abroad is solely responsible for obtaining the following documents:

  • Passport: Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months before leaving the country. Photograph your passport before leaving the country and keep the copies separately.
  • Entry Visas: It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain entry visas for the countries they wish to visit. Verify the need for a visa with the consulate of the country you wish to visit. It is recommended to obtain all entry visas in Israel.
  • Exit Approval from Israel: An exit approval stamp from the IDF must appear in the passport for men up to age 45 and for non-exempt women up to age 37.
  • Medications and Vaccinations: You must check the need for medications and vaccinations for the countries you will visit. Consult your personal doctor and contact the Ministry of Health or one of the medical centers specializing in the matter.
  • Medical and Luggage Insurance Policy: It is highly recommended to obtain one; it can be purchased directly from Cherry Yours.
  • Holders of Laissez-Passer/Travel Documents: Holders of laissez-passer/travel documents require an entry visa for every destination. It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain entry visas for the countries they wish to visit.
  • Credit Card Payments: The prices on the website are for payment with a single credit card. Splitting the payment across different credit cards incurs a handling fee.
  • Travel Insurance: Please note that the insurance policy comes into effect 60-180 days before the start date of the service, depending on the type of insurance.
  • It is mandatory for passengers to state if they hold foreign and/or dual citizenship and/or a laissez-passer/travel document. Passengers holding laissez-passer/travel documents must update the company’s travel agents accordingly.

Booking Process:

Some orders placed on the website are in “pending approval” status (as a request), and some are confirmed immediately. Please pay attention to the message received upon completing the order. Your order will be finally confirmed only when a Cherry Yours agent calls you back and confirms your order.


Pricing Policy:

Cherry Yours” makes every effort to offer its customers products at particularly attractive prices and conditions. The prices published on the website are for direct bookings made entirely on the website (including credit card payment on the website). “Cherry Yours” reserves the exclusive right to change the prices of services listed on the website at any time according to its commercial needs and at its sole discretion. Prices include airport taxes and various surcharges (fuel, security, etc.). Should there be a change by law in the rate of airport taxes, security surcharges, and/or any other tax or levy applicable to the passenger from the date of booking until the date of service provision, the difference resulting from the change in these amounts will be paid to the customer or the company, as applicable. In case of a change in the “fuel surcharge” price collected by airlines, the following provisions shall apply: If a change in the “fuel surcharge” price comes into effect after ticketing has been done, or after the passenger has paid the company for the flight ticket (including partial payment or payment by credit card), no change will apply to the ticket price to be paid by the passenger. If there is an increase in the “fuel surcharge” price that comes into effect before ticketing is done and before the passenger has paid the company any amount for the flight ticket, the company shall be entitled to charge the passenger the difference resulting from the change, provided that it notified the passenger of the expected change as soon as it became aware of it and did everything in its power to enable the passenger to pay the ticket price without being charged the said difference. In a case where the company decides it is entitled to charge the passenger an additional amount for an increase in “fuel surcharge” according to this section, the customer will be given the option to cancel their order within two days from the date of notification to the customer about the additional charge, provided that no ticketing has been done in the meantime according to the customer’s notification, and this will be without cancellation fees. In case of a reduction in the “fuel surcharge” before ticketing is done, the flight ticket price will be reduced accordingly. Prices are subject to booking and advance payment: price increases will apply to all orders already made, except if fully paid in advance and travel documents (flight tickets, hotel voucher, car voucher, etc.) are already in the passenger’s possession. If the full payment has not been made by the booker to the company by the departure date, then any change involving an increase in the flight ticket and/or exchange rates which will result in an additional charge for airport taxes and/or security surcharge and/or fuel surcharge and/or any other surcharge, the additional payment will apply to the booker only. Prices quoted in foreign currency are detailed in each specific transaction and will be charged in Shekels according to the last “transfer and remittance – sale” exchange rate on the business day preceding the payment date as published in a daily newspaper in Israel.


Service/Product Purchaser Details:

When purchasing services or products on the website, the booker will be asked to enter personal details for both the booker and additional passengers. “Cherry Yours” and its representatives are not responsible for errors made by the booker when entering their details or purchase details, or if the purchase details were not recorded in the system, or for any technical and/or other problem preventing the booker from placing an order. Changing a passenger’s name after payment for the order incurs an additional fee. The email address entered during the booking process will be used by Cherry Yours to update the customer from time to time on promotions and products offered by the company, subject to customer approval. Payment by credit card – payment terms on the website.


Cancellations and Changes:

All orders are subject to change or cancellation fees from the moment of order confirmation as detailed in the order. Cancellation and change terms vary depending on the type of product ordered, the timing of the order, and the departure date for the vacation. A. Cancellation notifications will only be accepted by fax at 02-9955955 or email at ct956@gmail. You must call the office to confirm that the cancellation notification has been received. B. Upon cancellation of a transaction, if there is a refund, the consumer’s money will be returned within 30 days of receiving confirmation for processing the cancellation notification, excluding cancellation fees.

Cancellation Terms:

A. No refund for flight purchases. B. Vacation cancellation from the date of booking up to two months before the stay incurs a 10% cancellation fee. C. From two months to one month before the stay incurs a 30% cancellation fee. D. From one month to two weeks before the stay incurs a 75% cancellation fee. E. From two weeks before the stay incurs full cancellation fees.

Cancellation Terms for Exclusive Cherry Yours Projects:

A. No refund for flights. B. No refund for vacation cancellation.


Flights:

Flights are performed under the sole responsibility of the airlines. Responsibility for delays, changes, cancellations, and lost luggage is, by law, with the air carrier. The itinerary and flight times are under the sole responsibility of the airlines, and there may be cases of changes in flight times even without prior notice. The company will inform passengers of changes in flight times immediately upon receiving the information from the airlines and will do everything in its power and demand from the airlines’ representatives in Israel to notify it of any changes as early as possible. Flight times and routes and/or intermediate landings are provided by the carrier, including unplanned intermediate landings. It is the passenger’s duty to verify flight times and routes when booking, when receiving the flight ticket, and when confirming the return flight. Flights offered by “Cherry Yours” are offered and accepted on the express condition that the details mentioned therein are subject to change by the airlines and/or by any other entity. Should the passenger incur a loss of accommodation or any other expense, “Cherry Yours” will not bear the expenses incurred by the passenger. For any flight date change, re-issuance of a ticket (RE ISSUE), or change of travel route requested by the passenger after ticketing for regular airlines, the company will charge a handling fee of $50 per passenger in addition to the cost required by the airline itself.


Luggage and Baggage:

The ticket held by the passenger allows for carrying baggage in the aircraft’s cargo compartment up to 15 kg and hand baggage up to 5 kg, unless otherwise specified on the flight ticket. Excess baggage will be charged according to the amount determined by the airline. There may be cases where it will not be possible to carry excess baggage at all, as determined by the airline.

New Security Procedures at European Airports – Norway, Ireland, and Switzerland Regarding Carrying Liquids in Hand Luggage:

Passengers are allowed to carry only a small quantity of liquids in their hand luggage. Each liquid must be in a separate container holding no more than 100 milliliters. The container must be made of transparent plastic, with a re-sealable mechanism. In total, a maximum quantity of one liter of liquids is allowed per passenger. Liquids include: water and other beverages, soups, syrups, creams and lotions, oils, perfumes, sprays, gels (including hair gel and shower gel), contents of pressurized containers (e.g., sprays) including shaving foam or deodorants, pastes (including toothpaste), viscous materials (neither completely liquid nor completely solid), mascara, and any other similar compounds.

Infant:

An infant up to two years old is not entitled to a seat and is not allowed to carry baggage. A bassinet for an infant cannot be guaranteed.

Meals:

Cherry Yours” cannot guarantee a specific type of food, such as kosher or vegetarian food, on flights for the passenger. “Cherry Yours” will forward the customer’s various requests to the carrier, and these will be the carrier’s sole responsibility.

Passenger Instructions:

The passenger must fulfill all requirements imposed by the competent authorities for the purpose of carrying out the journey, provide all necessary entry, exit, and other documents, including a passport valid for a minimum period of 6 months and appropriate visas. Furthermore, the passenger must arrive at the airport and/or hotel at the time determined by the air carrier and/or the hotel. “Cherry Yours” will not be responsible for any damage caused to the passenger if they failed to fulfill their aforementioned obligations or if their entry into any country was denied for any reason whatsoever.


Airports:

Many cities have multiple airports, and some have multiple terminals. Check from which airport and terminal your flight departs.

Arriving for the Flight:

The official arrival time for an international flight is two hours before the flight. Due to the many security checks worldwide, it is recommended to arrive 3 hours before the flight.


Hotels:

Details of the requested hotel are merely a request, and our company is not bound by them until final approval is received from the supplier. Responsibility for hotel allocation, including room floor and/or the proper functioning of facilities and/or service at the hotel, including the air conditioning system, rests solely with the hotel and/or the supplier. In some hotels, additional charges are required for services offered by the hotel, including meals, drinks, mini-bar, gym, spa services, water sports, etc.; this exclusion also applies to “all-inclusive” bookings. Please note, in the case of booking a room for three and/or four people, many hotels tend to place a third and/or fourth bed in a double room; sometimes the extra bed is a pull-out sofa and/or a folding bed. If the passenger made a special request, the company will arrange to forward the request to the service provider or the hotel; however, there will be no commitment on its part to the customer to fulfill it, unless the passenger was confirmed in writing that their request would be fulfilled. If the special request includes essential requirements for the customer due to their unique needs, the company will check with the service provider whether the request can be fulfilled and will notify the customer of the results of its check before final approval of the order. Please note, in case of overbooking, the supplier has the right to transfer you to an alternative hotel of similar or higher standard at an additional cost. The hotel rating provided to you is according to the local tourism ministry’s report, and grades cannot be compared between different countries. All details regarding hotel facilities published by Cherry Yours are taken from hotel publications, and Cherry Yours bears no responsibility if some of the services offered by the hotel are seasonal and do not operate all year round. In some hotels, an additional charge is required for “extras” in meals that the hotel offers to its customers, and this is not within the company’s knowledge and/or control. Check-in time for rooms is according to hotel policy and usually takes place at 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM, regardless of flight times. Should changes in flight times result in the passenger losing/gaining accommodation at the booked hotel, the company will not bear the loss/additional payment made by the passenger. Similarly, if flight delays result in the passenger losing meals at the booked hotel, Cherry Yours will not bear the cost of lost meals. In calculating the number of days, the day of departure from Israel and the day of return to Israel are considered partial days only. Departure and arrival times to/from Israel are at the discretion of the airline, and we do not guarantee to complete the days in full. Please note, upon arriving at the destination country, in case of overbooking, service providers may transfer you to an alternative hotel of similar or higher standard located in close proximity to the booked hotel. The hotel rating provided to you is according to the rating customary in each country. This provision does not derogate from your right to claim compensation, or any other remedy, for damages caused to you as a result of such a transfer. “Overbooking,” both for flights and hotels, means that the hotel or flight is fully occupied and there is no available room/seat on the flight despite your booking. Cherry Yours is not responsible in case of nuisance due to renovations and/or construction at the hotel or near it, provided that it provided the passenger with any information it knew about such nuisance at the time of booking. Some of the services offered by the hotel are seasonal and do not operate all year round. Cherry Yours will not be responsible for complaints if any of the services were not active, unless it provided misleading information to the customer in this regard or refrained from providing information or conducting an inquiry despite being requested to do so by the customer. Local Tax: There may be additional charges for local tax collected by the hotel according to local regulations. Representative: In some vacation areas, there are Israeli representatives, some on behalf of the local agent’s office and some on behalf of the organizer. The role of the representative and their associates is to greet the passenger upon arrival (when this service is paid for), to arrange their transfer to the hotel, and from the hotel at the end of their vacation to the airport for their return flight.


Car Rental:

For car rental, the renter is required to have: an international credit card (sometimes even two different international credit cards), a valid international driving license, and a valid Israeli driving license. If these are not in the passenger’s possession, the vehicle will not be delivered at the rental station. The rental company does not undertake to provide a vehicle of a specific model, but only from a specific group of vehicles. Minimum age for car rental: 25 years, maximum age: 69. A rental day is 24 hours, and for any delay, the customer will be charged a full rental day according to the local rate of the rental company. The vehicle is provided with a full fuel tank and must be returned in the same condition.


Damages – Insurance:

Cherry Yours recommends that its passengers purchase a health and luggage insurance policy before traveling abroad, as well as appropriate extensions according to the nature of their trip and their health condition. “Cherry Yours” is not responsible for damages to the passenger caused by accidents, illnesses, damage to luggage, or any direct or indirect damage that may be caused to them during the trip and/or vacation due to an accident, violence, robbery, theft, loss of luggage or documents, flight tickets, passport, hospitalization, medical expenses, etc. It is hereby clarified and emphasized that there will be no refunds whatsoever for interrupting the trip due to illness, injury, or any other reason. “Cherry Yours” hereby explicitly states that it acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the performing service providers, i.e., airline, hotels, and the like. Passengers’ baggage is the sole responsibility of the air carrier and/or its representative who provides ground services to the carrier, and “Cherry Yours” has no control and/or responsibility regarding this. Handling baggage that did not arrive or was damaged is not the responsibility of “Cherry Yours“.


Disputes:

Cherry Yours agents, representatives, or any other person are not authorized to refund and/or guarantee any money and/or change any of the terms and general information detailed in these terms. Refunds or credits to the passenger will be provided by “Cherry Yours” in Israel only after the request has been investigated. Inquiries, complaints, and refunds regarding overseas bookings must be submitted to our offices no later than 30 days from the date the service was provided. Inquiries and complaints received later will not be processed. It is hereby explicitly agreed and declared that a passenger’s registration anywhere in the country will not confer local jurisdiction to the courts in the area of the passenger’s jurisdiction. In any case where a claim is filed against “Cherry Yours” alone and/or together with third parties, local jurisdiction shall lie solely with the courts of the State of Israel.
